Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after an eligible return, cancellation, payment issue, or support-approved adjustment is reviewed and approved.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are generally processed within a few business days. Bank, wallet, UPI, or payment gateway timelines may vary.

Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method. COD refunds may require valid bank details submitted with the return request.

Partial refunds may apply when only selected items are returned or adjusted.

If payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact support with payment and order details for verification.
